Peace College will name its newest residence hall after outgoing President Laura Carpenter Bingham and her husband, Warren Bingham. Announced, Friday, June 11, President Bingham also received the Order of the Long Leaf Pine Award from the Governor.
Peace Receives Imprint Award from DRA

The Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA), the leader and champion for a dynamic and vibrant downtown, presented two individual Achievement Awards and nine Imprint Awards at their green-themed annual meeting on February 25, 2010, at the Raleigh Convention Center. Peace College was the recipient of the Imprint Award for the Lucy Cooper Finch Library’s recent renovation and expansion.
