College Sesquicentennial Commemorative Silk Scarf
Made of luxurious 100% silk crepe de chine, this elegant
36" x 36" scarf features a representation
of a well known painting of Main Building, created
by Wilmington alumna artist, Jodie Wrenn Rippy '71,
which was presented to the College on the occasion
of the installation of Peace's ninth and first alumna
president, Laura Carpenter Bingham '77. Bordered in
a rich mauve, one corner marks the upcoming 150th
anniversary of the college with the notation:
